Well equipped open Plan Kitchen , dining and lounge with combustion fire. The home offers 3 bedrooms that will host up to 5 guests with 2 bathrooms. Off street parking for 3 vehicles.

A short walk to the ferry where you can take the ferry to Sydney's northern beaches or connect to a bus into the city. Ideally located for bush walking throughout the expansive Bouddi National Park taking in the scenic coastline, secluded bays and bush land. Beautiful Lobster Beach is a ten minute walk through the National Park or the patrolled beach at Killcare is a five minute drive.
