The cottage provides 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a fabulously
creative use of space with period features amongst modern
comforts, free flowing interiors with relaxed outdoor entertaining
areas.

Just a few of the character features that enhance this beautiful
cottage include broad period timber floorboards, a cosy wood burner
heater and French doors that open to the front and rear verandas
overlooking the gardens.
An Apple TV facility is available, with a Smart TV for those guests
who have an account with Apple, Netflix, Stan, Kayo etc in which
they can sign in to.

One gated car space is available within the property for off street
parking.

Soak up the Wagstaffe lifestyle, with just a few minutes' stroll to
the Wagstaffe ferry wharf for a drink at sunset on the grass perhaps
with fish and chips from the Wagstaffe store.

Enjoy a bike ride around the Bay, kayak across the water to the
estuary sandbank or walk to the Killcare village for a coffee, to dine
or shop; take the track to Lobster Beach for views across Brisbane
Water, or simply curl up with a good book and let the stress of city
life become a distant memory.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and fans throughout
provide ideal comfort. Picturesque and peaceful Wagstaffe, Killcare
and Hardys Bay offer an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents have
beaches and bushland at their disposal, and they take maximum
advantage of both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi

dining restaurants like Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, as well as
relaxed beachside eateries such as The View, The Fat Goose and
Hardys Bay Bistro.
