The master bedroom is located in a private wing of the house with its own retreat / living area and ensuite bathroom.
The 2nd main bedroom comprises a queen size bed adjacent to the third bedroom with 2 singles. The 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.
The entertainment decks are set over different levels and offer the ultimate in alfresco dining for 10 and includes a covered outdoor lounge area with a louvretech roof allowing sunshine and warmth through winter.
Other features include a new designer kitchen with dishwasher, timber flooring throughout, reverse cycle air- conditioning in the main living area & bedroom, hot and cold outdoor shower and fully fenced yard for children. There is a Weber bbq and Nespresso coffee machine. Highchair and portacot always available.
New 42" flatscreen T.V, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Bluetooth compatible sound speaker, large book & board game library.

Picturesque and peaceful, Killcare and Hardys Bay offer an idylli coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and bushland at their disposal and they take maximum advantage of both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and features an art gallery, general store, hair salon, and boutique shops. It is a factor in the low-key, community feel the suburb is known for, and bigger shopping malls are just a short drive away. When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardys Bay is a hidden hotspot. There are fine dining restaurants like Manfredi (located inside Bells at Killcare), as well as relaxed beachside eateries such as The Fat Goose and Hardys Bay Bistro.
