Relax with the sound of the waves at this charming beach cottage, located just a 5 minute walk to Killcare Beach and surf club. The house has expansive views to the sea, sand and Bouddi National Park. You will bask in the light filled, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which is surrounded by French doors, leading to generous decks at the front and the rear of the cottage. The property has 3 bedrooms and toilet located on the first floor and a rumpus/ 4th bedroom, family bathroom and separate toilet located on the ground floor.
Bayside Cafes, shops and galleries of Hardy's Bay are a 10-minute walk.

Location:
Killcare is part of the Killcare Peninsula, including Pretty Beach, Wagstaffe and Hardys Bay. The Killcare area encompasses both the beach and bay side of the Bouddi Peninsula and is flanked by the Bouddi National Park. Killcare retains a small fishing village atmosphere. The village has an unusually broad variety of shops including yacht charters, art gallery, hairdresser, fashion boutique, restaurant and cafes and real estate agents. Killcare Marina has permanent moorings.

Killcare is a 90min drive north from Sydney, there is a train station located at Woy Woy and Gosford (20min drive) and has easy access from the Palm Beach Ferry Service which is a 20min scenic ride. Major supermarkets and facilities are within a 10 min drive.
