This contemporary designed, bayside holiday retreat is located within a five minute walk of the Hardys Bay waterfront precinct and a five minute drive from Killcare Beach. The waterside entertaining deck flows from the open plan living, dining and kitchen area where you can enjoy the ambience of the bay. The fully equipped, galley style kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker.

Laundry with washer / dryer. The rear deck is set amongst the property's established tropical and native gardens and a stairway leads to the studio accommodation with a queen bed and ensuite. The homes top floor accommodates the generously sized master retreat with an ensuite featuring a free standing bath.
The second queen size bedroom, bathroom and laundry are also located downstairs.

Property will sleep max 6 adults only and 8 when including small children on single sofa beds in loungeroom
