Entering the property you will be welcomed by wide open spaces & magnificent views.
The home has open plan living with a well appointed Kitchen, Gaggia coffee machine and separate sitting room.
A few steps down to the dining and lounge area where you can relax in front of the combustion fire place or open the doors to the entertaining deck and enjoy coastal breezes. A toilet and laundry is also on the ground level.
The property will sleep 6 adults and up to 8 guests when including children.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and all benefit from captivating ocean views.

- Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with ensuite and TV
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has 1 x king single, 1 single bed and two single bunk beds (bunk beds are for children only).
The downstairs area has reverse cycle air conditioning and all bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The main bathroom is also on the first floor.

Lovely manicured gardens with an outdoor hot & gold shower. There are many places in the garden to find peace and tranquility.
