PET INFORMATION: Please be advised that the property is fully fenced apart from the waterfront. Pets welcome via request from our office Ray White Killcare. Whilst pets are welcome, they are not permitted in the main house, however can have access to the boathouse and the fully fenced yard area.
Please note this property has a no garage carport only. Luxurious five bedroom, deep waterfront property set over two levels. Recently refurbished with quality inclusions throughout this property offers the most idyllic holiday getaway.
Entry level comprises spacious & open plan living with fire place, kitchen and alfresco dining along with fourth bedroom, a casual living area with day bed, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs are three bedrooms and second living and dining area. Total of 3 bathrooms.
The boat house provides an additional very casual living area and an additional fridge/freezer, located on the waters edge. This is perfect for that afternoon nibbles while kids can splash away or fish from the private jetty. The boatshed is not available for use after 9.30pm at night. There are 3 surf ski's and a double kayak available for use.
This property has 5 bedrooms but will only cater for 6 adults per booking and up to 10 guests when including children.
The ferry stop is 200m from the front door where you can take the ferry to Sydney's Northern Beaches or connect to a bus into the city. Ideally located for bush walking throughout the expansive Bouddi National Park taking in the scenic coastline, secluded bays and bush land. Beautiful Lobster Beach is a ten minute walk through the National Park or the patrolled beach at Killcare is a five minute drive.
Located 90 minutes from Sydney CBD by car, train or ferry. Waggy Waterfront presents a great family holiday or a quiet cosy getaway. This largely undiscovered locality offers many wonderful attractions including the extensive Brisbane Waters, coastline walks and secluded beaches such as Maitland Bay.
The waterfront precinct of Killcare / Hardys Bay is only minutes away and offers boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. A late check out may be available on request.
